Blue air filters (Donaldson Blue ™ filters and PowerCore®) contain Ultra-Web® nanofibers. This medium is composed by cellulose or by synthetic / cellulose substrate with nanofibers applied on one of its sides. The filters with Ultra-Web media offer uniform filtration and highly efficient.

Many Donaldson air filters have filters safety (or secondary) to protect the motor during main filter maintenance or in case that it is damaged. A variety of filter media, including folded cellulose, cellulose / flat or folded synthetic material and materials fiberglass treated with special additives.
